We are finding that demand for central London property is starting early, students are coming across now looking for property for start of September term.

Studios and rooms are being reserved early and this is leaving little for other flat hunters.

Ben Mendoza the lettings manger for the Bloomsbury area says "Im finding that demand is high, however this is on the basis that rents are realistice, the levels are down from last year, by about 20%, if a rental is at the right price it will get let".
